If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly help you exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
We specialize in handcrafted and custom-made jewelry, and each piece is made with care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, but we are more than happy to offer exchanges or store credit to ensure you find the perfect match.
Custom Jewelry & Personalized Pieces
Custom-made items, including engraved or specially designed pieces, are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing fault. However, we will always work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
How to Start an Exchange

We’ll respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.
